Yes, Florida weather can be unpredictable. Steady rain prevents us from properly performing exterior washes and sealants. If the forecast calls for a storm, we'll contact you at least 2 hours before your appointment to reschedule at no charge. Light drizzle can often be managed by working under a pop-up canopy if space allows.

Time varies based on vehicle size and initial condition. As a general estimate: the Basic Detailing package takes 1.5 to 2 hours, Full Detailing takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours, and the Blessed Detailing package can take 4 to 5.5 hours of meticulous work. We always prioritize quality over speed.

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 20% fee on the booked service, as that time slot was reserved exclusively for you.

Our mobile unit covers the entire Jacksonville, FL metro area. This includes Mandarin, Southside, Baymeadows, Riverside, Avondale, Arlington, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, and St. Johns. For locations outside our primary coverage zone, a travel charge may apply based on distance — we confirm both availability and any travel fee with you when you book, before your appointment.
